To implement on a daily basis, this class intertwines Donna Eden's daily routine with meditative affirmations, conscious awareness, and body awareness practices enabling the wellness support needed to go even deeper.

Potential benefits from this class include: Being self-empowered with exercises for arthritis prevention for the whole body, receiving a boost to your energy levels, strengthening your immune system, improving memory & comprehension, enhance focus & concentration, reducing tendencies toward clumsiness by improving coordination & balance, supporting communication between the right brain and left side of body & vice versa, reduce fatigue, increase strength & vitality, boosting clarity of thought, increase the body's ability to support wellness with daily exercises.

Eye Health Support:

This class includes food/ nutritional tips to support healthy eye function and Eden Energy Medicine exercises to support eye wellness while bringing in conscious awareness.

60 minute choice

 Body & Inner Awareness       

With tips to increase our self-awareness, this class takes a look at what disconnects us from our inner awareness. We will also learn a fun technique to begin increasing our body awareness along with a meditative full body awareness experience.  As we increase our body awareness we will be more in tune with what would be in the highest good for our body to empower our life of wellness.
